Today I made the most of the remaining day of the winter break by heading out to the peaks.
We walked an eight mile route from Hope to Mam Tor and back. It was what I would describe as perfect weather – no wind, clear sky, bright sun and lots of frost.
Although I came back with rather damp shoes and socks it was well worth it, and as always I took my camera with me:
This year I’ve had a really good rest at home and back in Manchester, it’s been fab! I plan to make more time for switching off throughout the year.
